Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at “Ancaster Innovation Academy of Arts and Sciences” website.

If, for any reason, you want to cancel a purchase, or you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. Please read these Terms and contact us if you have any questions.

Ancaster Academy of Arts and Sciences reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session, workshop, program, or course, at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to insufficient registration, classroom, equipment, or instructor availability. Minimum registrant requirements vary.  We strive to let clients know if a session, workshop, program, or course must be rescheduled or cancelled at least two business days before the session, whenever possible. If we cancel session, workshop, program, or course, you will be given the option to transfer to a later date up to 3 months from the original session date or be issued a full refund.

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify Customer Care. Simply contact our customer care by emailing us at Customercare@ancasterinnovationacademy.ca . The remaining balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method. Please note, it can take up to 7 working days for refunds to appear in your account.

Workshops:

If you cancel your paid enrollment for a workshop, we will offer you a full refund until 48 hours before the workshop launches. Cancellation requests or purchases that are made less than 48 hours in advance of the workshop date may not receive a refund nor a transfer.

No refund or makeup is eligible if a registrant misses a workshop.

Programs or Short Courses:

Refund requests made up to 72 hours prior to the program’s scheduled start date will be subject to a full refund. Refund requests made within 72 hours prior to the program’s scheduled start date: a 95% refund. Cancellation requests or purchases that are made on the first day of a Program or course: 85% Refund. No refunds, credits or transfers will be issued after First the Day of a Program or course.

No refund or makeup is eligible for a registrant who miss class.
